Returns & Exchanges

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund — you do not need to return the defective item.

2. All Other Returns (Size, Color, ETC.)

Because each product is made to order, we do not typically accept returns for reasons other than a defect.
However, we may approve an exchange at our discretion. If approved:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@theprism.pro

  2. Include your order number and the reason for your request.

  3. Attach photos if the product is damaged or defective.
    We will reply with next steps within 2–3 business days.

4. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
